The Role: Junk & Route Sales Associate

If you love being outdoors, working with a close knit team, and making an impact in your community, this is the job for you. You’ll be out on the road, meeting new people every day, and turning cluttered spaces into clean slates all while earning great pay and building real career skills. No experience? No problem. We’ll train you to succeed from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver an Awesome Experience: Provide friendly, professional service to every customer.
• Drive & Operate: Navigate company trucks safely through Dallas and surrounding areas.
• Sell with Confidence: Spot opportunities to upsell and provide on-site estimates that help customers while boosting your earnings.
• Get Moving: Lift, load, and remove items of all shapes and sizes both residential and commercial.
• Represent the Brand: Be the face of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in the Dallas community.

Qualifications:

• Great Attitude: A positive mindset and eagerness to help others.
• Age & License: 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Team Player: Enjoy meeting and helping people every day.
• Goal-Oriented: Driven and motivated to achieve goals.
• Physical Fitness: Not afraid of hard physical work and able to lift 50lbs repeatedly.
• Effective Communicator: Clear and confident communication skills.
• Experience: Previous customer service, driving, and general labor experience is helpful but not required.
