Junk Removal and Route Sales

We're a fast-paced and fun operation that helps people in our community get rid of unwanted items, responsibly. And, we do it like no one else with our professional, on-time service and friendly uniformed team.We're hiring ambitious, outgoing and active individuals who are looking for an entirely new employment experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay is up to $25 an hour (Base Pay + Profit Share + Tips)
• Full Time Hours consisting of 4 weekday shifts + 1 weekend shift expectation!

What you'll be doing:

Deliver Top-Notch Service: Impress our customers with your upbeat attitude and dedication to quality service.
Drive & Load With Care: Collaborate with your team to safely and efficiently operate and load trucks.
Remove Unwanted Items: Tackle both light and heavy lifting during residential and commercial cleanouts.
Promote Sales: Be a brand ambassador—offer honest estimates and represent us with professionalism.
Prioritize Safety: Follow safety guidelines and always maintain a polished, uniformed appearance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A great attitude! Previous customer service experience is an asset (but not required)
• 21+ years of age and a valid driver's license (required for insurance purposes)
• Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced, fun, physical working environment. Able to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly!
• Enjoy talking with customers on site residentially or commercially!
