About the Role: As a Customer Experience Leader, you'll be at the heart of what we do — creating memorable customer interactions and helping fuel our sales growth.

Position: Customer Experience Leader

Shop Location: Ashland, VA — proudly serving the greater Richmond area

Pay Range: Earn up to $25/hr+ in total compensation, made up of Hourly Pay + Profit Share (Uncapped) + Tips!

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Outstanding Service: Bring enthusiasm and a commitment to quality to every customer interaction.
  • Drive & Load Safely: Work alongside your crew to operate trucks and load items efficiently and responsibly.
  • Handle Cleanouts: Take on light and heavy lifting for both residential and commercial junk removal jobs.
  • Represent the Brand: Provide honest, accurate estimates and act as a professional ambassador for 1-800-GOT-JUNK?.
  • Stay Safe & Sharp: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, professional appearance in uniform.
  • Training: Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

Requirements

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Driver’s License: Valid standard driver’s license required.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 75+ lbs. repeatedly.
  • Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, sales, customer service, food service or general labor is preferred
