Objective: As a Junk Removal Specialist, you'll drive revenue while delivering exceptional customer experiences in Charleston's growing market. No experience? No problem—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed!

What We're Looking For:

• Sales Hunter: Passionate about identifying sales opportunities with every customer interaction in Charleston's diverse residential and business communities
• Coastal Region Hustle: Energetic and physically ready to tackle the unique demands of properties from suburban homes to corporate offices
• All-Season Reliable: Dependable year-round with a strong work ethic that matches our company values
• Clear Communicator: Skilled at explaining our services and value to customers while coordinating efficiently with team members

Responsibilities:

• Drive Local Revenue: Identify upselling opportunities and provide accurate on-site estimates that convert to sales
• Navigate Charleston Metro: Safely operate trucks through Charleston neighborhoods and surrounding communities
• Handle Diverse Removal Jobs: Perform both heavy and light lifting across varied properties
• Be Our Local Brand Ambassador: Represent our company professionally in the growing Charleston business community
• Coastal-Ready Workforce: Maintain safety awareness during all seasons, including hot summers and coastal weather conditions
