K-12 Program Manager

Overview 
The K-12 Program Manager is a full-time position that combines management of the K-12 team 
and its scope of work with the responsibilities of an IHE core team Solutionary Facilitator as 
makes sense given the ebb and flow of the work. The K-12 Program Manager leads and 
coordinates the team of facilitators, coaches, and personnel who bring IHE's K-12 programs and 
services to schools, networks, and partners worldwide. Rooted in IHE's mission to educate 
people to create a world in which all people, animals, and nature can thrive, this role is the 
connector of the K-12 team. The K-12 Program Manager fosters coherence, collaboration, and 
a culture of care for the K-12 team while serving as the primary liaison between that team and 
the other IHE departments and leaders, as well as external clients and designated partners.
