Make Your Work Matter Every Day
Are you ready to stop coming to work just to do a job?
What if you could come to work knowing that your time, energy, and compassion are helping foster, adoptive, and kinship families feel supported, empowered, and better equipped to navigate the challenges of the child welfare system?
Every family deserves to feel supported, empowered, and equipped to navigate the challenges of the child welfare system. As a KS Family Advocate, you'll play a critical role in supporting foster, adoptive, and kinship families through education, coaching, advocacy, resource navigation, and ongoing support. By helping caregivers navigate complex systems, strengthen self-advocacy skills, and connect with needed resources, you'll help promote stability and well-being for children and families across Kansas. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to empower families and help them thrive.
At FosterAdopt Connect, we're building something bigger than ourselves. Every day, our team works alongside children, youth, and families navigating the challenges of the child welfare system. For more than 25 years, we've been leading innovative, family-centered solutions across Kansas and Missouri, helping create brighter futures for children and stronger communities for everyone. We believe meaningful work should also be inspiring work. That's why we've built a culture that is collaborative, supportive, diverse, and mission-driven. Here, your ideas matter, your growth is encouraged, and your impact is visible.
If you're looking for a career where you can see the difference you make in the lives of children and families every day, we'd love to meet you.
