KCM Intercessor

Intercedes over the Copeland family, the Partners and Friends as well as all staff of Kenneth Copeland Ministries as lead by the Holy Spirit.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must pray in tongues for at least an hour a day.
• Facilitates and oversees current prayer initiatives and events as requested by leadership.
• Prays over all KCM meetings.
• Prays over mail and web correspondence from Partners and Friends. 
• Fosters a good working environment for staff by keeping a positive attitude and encouraging the team members.
• Coordinates scheduling of KCM Intercessors' weekly assignments.
• Submits timely reports and revelations from the Holy Spirit to the PSC Senior Manager.
• Organizes and facilitates plans and recommendations for the spiritual development of intercessors and prayer ministers.
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities, as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ministerial experience with Kenneth Copeland Ministries required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer and word processing skills preferred.
• Advanced understanding and knowledge of the written Word of God.
• In depth knowledge of Kenneth and Gloria Copeland's teaching materials and beliefs.
• Must have a good knowledge of KCM products, events and broadcast.
• Must have a strong foundation in the principles of and different types of prayer.
• Must be a Born-again believer filled with the Spirit and willing to abide by the KCM Mission/Vision Statement.
• Spiritually and emotionally mature, portraying a Godly character that exemplifies the lifestyle and behavior of a Minister of the Gospel, as outlined in the Word of God and KCM ministry handbook.
• Responds to sensitive situations and does not disclose confidential material to unauthorized personnel.
• This position requires ministerial licensing through the ministry. Must complete mandatory ministerial licensing paperwork within thirty days of hire. (Licensing is renewed yearly)

• Basic Office Equipment

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Able to lift 30 lbs.
• Must be able to sit at workstation for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work shifts as scheduled

• Must be able to relate and interact with people at all levels.
• Must be able to grasp and apply new ideas.

• Normal Office Environment.

OTHER:

• Born again believer and must adhere to the doctrines of this organization as upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and their appointed representatives
• Must work well with others, as a team and according to Romans 16:17, must not cause dissension, difficulties and divisions
• Must maintain a good attendance record
• Membership and attendance at EMIC are preferred
• Because of the wide range of personal contact with ministry leaders within and outside the organization, this position requires considerable diplomacy, maturity, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with people of all cultures
