We are looking for a We Owe Coordinator to join our Accessories team. Our Accessories Department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community.

This is an opportunity to join a hardworking team who view the  employee and customer experience as a top priority. 

Duties will include scheduling accessory installations, coordinating parts and service needs prior to installations, initiate and reconcile repair orders and We-Owe statements, address and resolve customer inquiries, issue and track purchase orders, and developing a post-sale process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Working conditions are primarily indoors spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, Microsoft Excel skills, the ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure and organization skills. Experience in the automotive industry and/or accounting is preferred. A Valid driver's license with driving record acceptable to Kendall insurance company is required.
