About the Role:
As a Kennel Shift Lead, you are at the heart of our pet care team. You’ll lead by example, train staff, and ensure every pet receives exceptional care. Whether you’re managing playgroups, training team members, or stepping in to support the day-to-day needs of the facility, your leadership is intended to make a difference!

This role requires someone comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions—rain, snow, or shine!

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Train, inspire, and manage a dedicated kennel team.
• Facility Oversight: Ensure cleanliness, manage and organize supplies, and monitor repairs.
• Pet Care Excellence: Oversee feeding and medication, coordinate and manage playgroups, and provide a safe and positive environment for all pets visiting the resort.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 6 months in leadership within a similar industry.
• Adaptability: Quick learner with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Communication: Friendly, clear, and professional.
• Physical Stamina: Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and perform tasks like kneeling, crouching, walking, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliability: Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative.
• Tech Skills: Proficient with basic computer functions.
• Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
