In 2023, Kering directly invested in its very own Beauty division, with the creation of Kering Beauté. Bolstered by its industry-leading team, the entity seeks to support the Group’s Houses to develop their Beauty businesses to become growth drivers. Overview: The Business Manager is responsible for driving and building retail sales while coaching both the Product Specialist and influencing Out of Home Base support. By embracing the Customer Experience and leading by example, this position will focus on achieving the sales goal for the counter on behalf of Kering Beauté – specifically, Bottega Veneta. This role will provide outstanding client service through proactivity, creativity, and organization.
core Responsibilities
Champion and drive The Customer Experience, holding each PS accountable for all aspects within.
Drive retail sales plan by exhibiting accountability for the overall function of the retailer Kering Beauté Sales Team.
Achieve personal sales goals, in part by developing relationships throughout the store to promote Kering Beauté brands and inter-sell.
Create/execute action plans based on the market calendar for goal obtainment, including executing on presell of launches.
Set and manage total counter and individual PS goals. Organize daily objectives/sales goals for each counter to maintain & grow business, in part by holding each PS accountable to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal goals.
