We are Currently hiring for:

Manufacturing Associates – Blenders 2nd and 3rd Shift
Manufacturing Associates – Batchers and Blenders 2nd and 3rd shift

Sanitation Associates 2nd and 3rd Shift

Pay $23.00 per hour with up to $2.00 per hour Shift Differential

Our Sturtevant, WI location is part of our Meat Division and creates dry seasoning blends for meat and snacks items that spice up the life of Kerry customers. Compensation Data

The pay rate for this position is $23.00 per hour.  Kerry offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, Employee Share Plan, Life, disability, and accident insurance.  This job posting is anticipated to expire on 3/14/2027

Shift Differential for 3rd shift is $1.50   

Shift Differential for 2nd Shift is $2.00

Requirements:

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English at a level to facilitate the understanding of the terminology of the job. 


• Basic computer experience. 


• Ability to comprehend and follow written and/or verbal procedures or instructions. 


• Previous manufacturing and blending operation experience preferred. 


• Previous work experience within a food manufacturing and distribution environment preferred. 


• Previous experience with scanners/RF guns preferred. 


• Working Conditions: 


• Food manufacturing plant 


• Warehouse environment 


• Physical Requirements: 


• Ability kneel, bend, squat, carry, reach, stand, grip, push, pull, arm extensions and perform elevated work.     


• Ability to work in hot, cold or wet environments. Environment may be dust filled at times 


• Ability to lift continuously. 


• Ability to work overtime and use a flexible schedule. 


• Ability to walk up to 135 feet one way many times a day. 


• Ability to continuously stand/walk up to 12 hours. 


• Ability to climb stairs or ladder. 


• High School Diploma/GED required
