Are you an automotive Account Manager with experience supporting Stellantis and looking for an opportunity to take ownership of a key OEM relationship within a global Tier 1 supplier?
My client is seeking a commercially focused professional to manage and grow its Stellantis business, working closely with customer teams to support existing programs while identifying and securing future opportunities.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Sales leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the Stellantis customer relationship across a portfolio of existing programs while driving commercial growth through new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will act as the primary commercial interface between the customer and the business, collaborating closely with engineering, program management, manufacturing, and customer application engineering teams to ensure successful program execution and long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop the Stellantis customer account.
Serve as the primary commercial contact for Stellantis stakeholders.
Support ongoing production programs and customer requirements.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and future program awards.
Develop and implement account growth strategies.
Lead commercial negotiations, quotations, and customer reviews.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure customer expectations are achieved.
Build strong relationships across purchasing, engineering, program management, and leadership functions within Stellantis.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and future opportunities within the account.
Support strategic planning activities to drive long-term account growth.
What We're Looking For
Experience in automotive account management, sales, or business development within a Tier 1 supplier environment.
Previous experience working directly with Stellantis is highly desirable.
Approximately 5+ years of automotive industry experience.
Experience managing technically complex automotive products would be beneficial, although product-specific training can be provided.
Strong customer relationship management and commercial negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and business units.
A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for developing customer relationships and growing business.
