Description:
Aston Carter is searching for a Key Account Support Associate for our client in the Optical space.
• Assist Key Account Manager by supporting regional sales and account management goals and activities; serve as Liaison between Key Account Manager and Customer Service.
• Answer and triage inbound calls and emails from Key Accounts.
• Use, leverage, and maintain CRM database systems for all customers to document inquiries, requests, resolutions and follow up tasks.
• Follow all outlined procedures and guidelines to address customer inquiries and requests.
• Complete any assigned tasks, including but not limited to, making phone calls, following up on orders, supporting key account sales and updating database information.
• Provide unmatched customer service and high quality of service to key accounts.
• Work with production team members and supervisors tracking and prioritizing work orders for key accounts.
• Ensure quality and care of finished product before shipment to key accounts.
• Perform research, when needed, to address customer needs.
• Examine current customer accounts for unmet needs and service deficiencies to provide recommended solutions and drive sales.
• Meet all performance metrics as outlined.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2+ years in a support role in a healthcare setting. Preferably in the Optical industry.
• CRM/data-base management experience desired.
• Highly organized and self-driven.
• Self-starter and ability to work independently or with a team.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Customer focus and strong skills for building relationships and collaborating with cross functional teams.
