Join us at Optima Dealer Services as a Key Booth Attendant and become an integral part of our daily operations, keeping the Dealership running smoothly while interacting with Team members and technicians.

The key Booth Operation system is designed to simplify the process of keys and tracking for all vehicles while providing the highest possible level of accountability, productivity, and security for the Auto Dealership.

Optima Dealer Services provides Staffing and Consulting Services to the most luxurious auto Dealerships.

Role Summary:

As a Key Booth Attendant, you’ll be in charge of managing our key inventory, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and playing a crucial role in our vehicle handling process.

What You’ll Do:

  • Key Management – Maintain and organize all vehicle keys for the dealership, ensuring they’re securely stored and easily accessible.
  • Vehicle Coordination – Work closely with sales and service departments to manage vehicle flow, ensuring cars are prepped and ready for customer appointments or service needs.
  • Customer Assistance – Occasionally assist customers with retrieving vehicles for test drives or service appointments, making sure their experience is smooth and efficient.
  • Inventory Control – Track key usage and report any missing keys or vehicle issues to the appropriate department.
  • Lot Management Support – Assist with organizing vehicle placement on the lot, moving vehicles, and ensuring everything is neat and orderly.
  • We work as a Team: Other tasks from other Departments may be assigned, based on business needs, downtime and the department Manager’s

Salary Description: $16.50-$18.00 an hour.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver’s License – Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles with a clean driving record without any violations and at least four years of driving experience.
  • Strong Organizational Skills – You’re detail-oriented and thrive in a role where everything has a place.
  • Reliable & Responsible – You’ll be handling important assets and need to be trusted with managing key access.
  • Communication Savvy – You’ll interact with various departments, so clear communication is key!
  • Energetic & Proactive – This is a fast-paced environment, and we need someone who can keep up with the action.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to Manage all Emails and requests from the Dealership on a timely matter. 
  • Previous experience in this role is a must.
