**Job Title:** Restaurant Supervisor (Front of House)

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and customer service. As a Front of House Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness while maximizing profitability.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and service.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food quality standards.

- Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue targets and increase profitability.

- Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards.

- Manage vendor relationships and monitor supply levels.

- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development.

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.

- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

  • Clackamas, Or (Required)

Work Location: In person
