Cumberland Kia is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Kia Sales and Leasing Specialist to join our team. If you’re outgoing, driven, and enjoy helping people find the right vehicle, we’d love to talk with you!

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase or lease process


• Build strong relationships with customers and provide an exceptional experience


• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles


• Conduct professional test drives and product demonstrations


• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom customers


• Help customers find the right vehicle and payment options


• Work closely with the sales and management teams to deliver an excellent buying experience

What We’re Looking For

• Positive, professional, and energetic personality


• Strong communication and customer-service skills


• Self-motivated and goal-oriented


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


• Willingness to learn Kia products and sales processes


• Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required


• Valid driver’s license
