Kia Service Advisor

Hyman Bros. Kia in Midlothian, VA, seeks an organized and detail-oriented Service Advisor. Please note that we are closed on Sundays. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate!

**Your Responsibilities:**

- Greet customers promptly

- Obtain customer and vehicle information

- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer

- Determine and recommend necessary maintenance based on the vehicle's age, mileage, and history

- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of costs for labor and parts

- Establish follow-up times

- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, keeping customers frequently updated

- Verify that the final invoice matches the work performed on the repair order

- Explain all completed work and charges to customers

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience achieving exceptional customer satisfaction as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant is essential

- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is a must

- Above-average energy level and a desire for a long-term career with a growing organization

- Personal and professional integrity are important

- CDK computer experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate

- Punctuality is essential
