Doug Smith Kia is experiencing exponential growth! To better meet the needs of our customers, we have moved into our new facility in Lindon. We have an incredible opportunity for a proven Service Consultant to join our team as we prepare to soar!

Job Responsibilities:

• Address customers' primary concerns


• Be dependable, punctual, and process-driven


• Meet and greet customers with a smile


• Answer incoming phone calls


• Conduct video walkarounds


• Communicate via text


• Properly document repairs and process paperwork expeditiously


• Sell needed and recommended maintenance and repairs


• Follow through with daily responsibilities


• Complete all factory and dealer training

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of automotive experience


• Self-motivated


• Communication skills, patience, creativity, eye for detail


• Basic Computer skills


• Maintain a valid driver's license
