Experienced Technician – Immediate Hire Cumberland Kia is actively seeking an experienced  Main Shop Technician to join our growing service team immediately. Our shop is growing quickly, and we’re looking for skilled professionals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Kia vehicles


• Complete work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards


• Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members


• Stay up to date on Kia systems, processes, and certifications


• Contribute to a positive, team-focused shop environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a technician


• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills


• ASE certifications and/or Kia certifications preferred but not necessary 


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume shop


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record


• Must pass a drug screen & background check


• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
