(KINGMAN) PATIENT SERVICES REP

Title: PSR (Patient Services Rep)

Job Type: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 40 hours

Pay range to start: $17.00 - $18.00  per hour

Responsibilities include:

• Heavy phone use, answering a multi-line phone
• Schedule patient appointments for multi provider practice
• Assist with and/or relay patient requests/questions to MA or other clinical staff
• Front Office positions including Check-in and Check-out
• Monitor provider schedules to ensure scheduling accuracy
• Preform various admin duties such as processing medical records and test results coming into the practice via fax
• Other projects/duties as directed
• Check insurance eligibility
• Fill in as medical assistant as needed.

• Medical office experience required

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Must be self-motivated

• Must have clear/concise written and verbal communication skills

• Medical office, scheduling, and medical assistant experience preferable
