Kit Operator

Description

  The Kit Operator is responsible for the efficient assembly and packaging of strapping coils and buckles, ensuring adherence to customer specifications, safety standards, and company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm 

 Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and package strapping coils and buckles kits in accordance with order specifications.
• Complete and maintain accurate production documentation.
• Comply with and exceed all safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Process assembled kits through the oven to seal the product.
• Operate a forklift to transport materials within the facility.
• Monitor and manage inventory to support production requirements.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Ability to track and manage inventory efficiently.
