We are expanding our cabinetry design presence in the Raleigh market, and we’re looking for a talented, driven Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Designer to help achieve that growth. About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for a self-driven professional to help expand ACM’s cabinetry design business in the Raleigh market. You’ll be designing beautiful spaces, nurturing strong customer relationships, and partnering closely with builders, remodelers, and homeowners.
Success in this role blends creativity, sales expertise, technical precision, and the motivation to build something exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers into the showroom and guide them through cabinetry, design options, and product selections tailored to their needs.

Develop new business by building strong relationships with builders, remodelers, architects, and trade professionals.

Accurately measure spaces and prepare precise layout designs and project orders.

Create custom designs using 20/20 Design Software with accuracy and attention to detail.

Manage multiple projects and associated documentation simultaneously.

Follow up with customers throughout the project lifecycle, delivering the exceptional service ACM is known for.

Support the growth of our cabinetry division by actively seeking new opportunities and demonstrating professionalism in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of five years of experience in cabinetry design and sales.

Proficiency with 20/20 Design Software and ability to produce custom designs.

Strong customer service abilities and professional communication skills.

Ability to measure accurately, prepare detailed orders, and handle project documentation.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and TEAMS.

Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines at once.

Highly motivated, organized, and proactive in seeking business opportunities.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
