YOUR ROLE IN CREATING BEAUTIFUL SPACES:

As our Kitchen & Bath Showroom Specialist, you will be the expert who inspires and assists our clients from start to finish:

• Consultative Engagement: Greet and warmly assist all showroom customers, expertly identifying their product needs, style preferences, and project scope.

• Expert Guidance: Provide insightful advice and product recommendations across our extensive kitchen and bath categories, showcasing your deep product knowledge.

• Seamless Service: Respond promptly and accurately to all customer inquiries regarding pricing, inventory, and product availability.

• Sales Execution: Meticulously prepare and follow up on quotes and sales orders, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and driving sales.

• Accurate Processing: Efficiently process all customer transactions in our P21 system.

• Continuous Growth: Regularly enhance your sales skills and product knowledge to maintain a high level of professional expertise.

• Creative Merchandising: Collaborate with the team to creatively display products and merchandise, ensuring our showroom always looks fresh and inspiring.

WHAT YOU BRING TO OUR EVANSVILLE SHOWROOM (ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS):

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath products is essential; previous showroom experience is highly desirable.

• 1-2 years of experience in retail and/or customer service; a genuine passion for home design is a major plus!

• A self-motivated drive with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• The ability to prioritize and multitask effectively with sharp attention to every detail.

• Exceptional customer service skills, including clear communication, patience, and diplomacy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.

• Strong math skills for precise calculations related to home plans and product pricing.
