Responsibilities

• Demonstrate core values of leadership, integrity, grit, humility, and teamwork
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and stock inventory
• Stay updated on new products and procedures
• Complete assigned training and tasks
• Serve others with excellence and stewardship
• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador at all times
• Execute safe driving practices with a sense of urgency
• Ensure customer satisfaction during deliveries and resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and staging areas
• Communicate clearly using the delivery app
• Adhere to all Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and dress code
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

• Positive attitude, reliable, and team-oriented
• Passion for serving and helping others
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry 10–30 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license
• Driven to excel and grow
