Kitchen Assistant must be able to:

Promotes a safe environment during meal prep.
Utilizes infection control measures such as hand washing and use of personnel protective equipment.
Work in the kitchen environment of a long term care facility preparing meals for multiple residents
Attention to detail and any dietary restrictions of residents
