Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality
• Manage resources including stock, and staff
• Lead recruitment, training, and appraisal of kitchen staff
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Motivate and support your team to meet performance goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational and teamworking skills
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving abilities
• Resourcefulness and confidence in managing kitchen operations
• Enthusiasm for leadership and setting a positive example
• Proficiency in managing stock control
• Ability to work Monday to Friday with weekend availability on day shifts
• ServSafe Certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
• Previous Chick-fil-A restaurant, kitchen, or leadership experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required
