Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Kitchen Director to join our team at Chick-fil-A. This is a high-impact, fast-paced leadership role for someone who is passionate about food safety, operational excellence, and building great teams. You’ll work directly with the Owner/Operator and the Director team to oversee a fast-paced kitchen focused on producing hot, fresh, and safe food in a clean environment. This role requires strong decision-making, the ability to create systems that support growth, and the leadership skills to bring clarity and calm in high-pressure situations. You’ll have the authority and autonomy to own the kitchen while being backed by an Owner/Operator that is transparent, supportive, and invested in your long-term success.

Your Impact

  • Oversee all daily operations in the Back of House and lead a team of 30+ team members
  • Maintain and champion food safety procedures
  • Collaborate with the Owner/Operator and fellow Directors to set and execute weekly, monthly, and yearly goals
  • Build a high-performance team through coaching, goal setting, and accountability
  • Lead with a proactive and self-directed approach and lead others to do the same
  • Promote a culture of care, safety, and excellence every day in the kitchen

Background Profile

  • 2-3 years of previous leadership experience
  • Bilingual (highly preferred)
  • College Degree (preferred)
  • Hospitality experience
  • Desire to lead yourself and others
