Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage shifts across all restaurant departments with confidence
• Create and maintain a strong food safety culture, ensuring excellent inspection scores
• Drive top-tier food quality, consistently scoring in the top 20% of Chick-fil-A Quality Metrics
• Collaborate with other leaders to identify and address system updates and operational gaps

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 32 hours per week availability, including all day parts
• Servsafe certification and willingness to learn all restaurant positions
• Strong problem-solving skills and innovation mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent
