We are currently hiring a reliable and experienced Cook to join our kitchen team and help maintain the high standards of our restaurant. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The right candidate will have strong cooking skills, stay organized under pressure, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere while delivering consistently great food.

Primary Duties

• Set up and stock cooking stations with necessary supplies
• Prepare ingredients and execute dishes according to recipes
• Cook menu items using proper methods and techniques
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation standards
• Inspect ingredients to ensure quality and freshness
• Plate and present dishes in an appealing manner
• Handle proper food storage and assist with inventory management
• Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a cooking or kitchen role required
• Familiarity with kitchen tools and cooking methods
• Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Team-oriented with clear communication skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Must be available to work weekends
• Culinary training or certification is a plus
