Kitchen Managers are responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant. Some examples of your responsibilities would include following:

Scheduling

Staffing

Handling daily issues

Ensuring that food is made to spec

Dealing with employee issues as they arise

Communicating with the staff on any happenings

Leading all staff members in doing their respective jobs to ensure smooth shifts

Inventory and ordering
