We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in culinary arts.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning

- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards and meets food safety regulations

- Develop and maintain kitchen procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and consistency

- Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies

- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers

- Create and update menus in collaboration with the executive chef

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
