Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all kitchen operations, from prep to plate presentation.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of cooks, prep staff, and dishwashers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen that meets health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with management to develop menus and seasonal specials.
• Control food costs while keeping quality consistent.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a kitchen management or leadership role (restaurant/bar experience preferred).
• Strong culinary knowledge, leadership ability, and organization skills.
• Hands-on leader who thrives under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
• Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a busy kitchen.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have reliable transportation.
