Bar Louie is continuing to build their empire and needs a talented Kitchen Manager to be a part of the Bar Louie family. The Kitchen Manager needs the following experience and qualities:

• 3-5 years of BOH Management Experience
• Management experience must be in a full service restaurant or bar
• Experience running operations that are at least 3 million per year
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Computer knowledge (Excel, Windows, POS, etc)
• Ensures every guest has the complete Louie experience
• Creates a fun and rewarding atmosphere for all employees
• Dynamic personality with a strong passion for the hospitality industry
