We’re seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team, maintain operational excellence, and uphold our commitment to food quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, line management, and sanitation
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise BOH staff to ensure consistent performance and food quality
- Maintain food and labor cost targets through effective ordering, inventory control, and waste reduction
- Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards in accordance with local regulations
- Collaborate with the General Manager and FOH leaders to ensure smooth and efficient service flow
- Ensure strict recipe adherence and portion control
- Foster a positive, motivated, and accountable kitchen culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of kitchen management or supervisory experience in a fast casual or full-service restaurant
- Proven track record in high-volume operations and leading diverse teams
- Strong knowledge of food safety, prep systems, and labor management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
