What You'll Do

Kitchen Shift Leaders are responsible for leading the Back of House during daily operations, including:

• Leading the kitchen team throughout each shift
• Ensuring food is prepared quickly, accurately, and safely
• Coaching and developing Team Members in real time
• Maintaining Chick-fil-A food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitoring food quality, freshness, and presentation
• Managing kitchen labor and deployment throughout the shift
• Supporting inventory organization and product rotation
• Reducing waste through proper portioning and operational discipline
• Maintaining clean, organized, and efficient workstations
• Communicating clearly with Front of House leadership to ensure smooth operations
• Helping create a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Previous leadership or restaurant experience preferred
