Job description

Primary Duties:

Plan and cook wholesome, nutritious meals in determined quantity.

Prepare balanced menu within budget guidelines.

Store food properly, including leftovers and snacks.

Maintain a clean, safe environment for the storage and preparation of meals.

Meet all standards set by local health department and policies and procedures of Davis Archway.

Education / Experience:

No educational requirements. Experience cooking in restaurant or licensed residential facility.

Skills and Physical Requirements: required:

Ability to plan, cook, follow, and increase quantity of recipes.

Ability to clean and maintain equipment.

Ability to purchase food items within a given budget.

Ability to deliver, unpack and store purchased food items.

Ability to lift forty pounds.

Ability to work flexible hours.

Ability to become SERV Safe Certified.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged period of standing

Ability to Lift up to 50 lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

ABOUT OUR TREATMENT FACILITY

The Davis Archway Treatment Center is a newly constructed substance abuse treatment facility. Our facility is located in Emlenton, Butler County, Pennsylvania. Our remote location provides clients a private, serene, therapeutic environment to help them start on road of recovery.

To accommodate our clients, we provide comfortable and spacious residential style living areas and bedrooms. We offer several amenities to make their stay more comfortable.
