Position Summary:

Our Kitchen Staff focus primarily on brewing high-quality coffees and preparing our exclusive creams with precision and care. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and a commitment to protecting the secret recipes that make Pour Decisions Craft unique.

Responsibilities:

• Brew and prepare specialty coffees according to established recipes and standards
• Create and maintain house-made creams and other key ingredients with strict confidentiality
• Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
• Support front-of-house team as needed during peak hours
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
• Ensure inventory of ingredients is tracked and replenished in collaboration with management
• Uphold recipe confidentiality and proprietary preparation methods

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a kitchen, café, or beverage preparation role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect proprietary recipes
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical demands of the role
• Must have Food Handler Certificate
