Kitchen Supervisor
We invite you to join an award-winning restaurant team as you combine traditional flavors with operational savvy to create memorable meals while keeping an eye on costs and efficiency. In this role, you will oversee the kitchen's daily workings, ensuring that each dish not only delights our guests but is also cost-effective and produced efficiently.

Compensation:
$28-$33 per hour (Hourly Wage + tip Share to start, with Salary + Bonus opportunity with promotion to Kitchen Manager for a nationally recognized fast growing concept)

Your Impact:

  • Spearhead cost management efforts, optimizing ingredient procurement and staffing to enhance kitchen operations.

  • Help innovate our menu, blending classic comfort food with modern flair, focusing on quality and cost efficiency.

  • Lead our kitchen support team, promoting an ethos of continuous improvement, efficiency, and culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and implement cost-saving strategies for labor, waste, and inventory.

  • Guide and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring operational standards meet our high culinary expectations.

  • Guarantee each plate exemplifies our commitment to flavor, presentation, & value
