Lead the kitchen team to uphold Dog Haus’s high standards for food quality, service speed, and cleanliness. You’ll supervise back‑of‑house operations, mentor staff, manage safety protocols, order, assess inventory and help drive a positive, energetic culture.
Lead kitchen operations during assigned shifts; ensure recipes, portions, and plating meet brand standards
Coach, train, and mentor cooks and prep staff—assist with onboarding and skills development
Maintain food safety: enforce compliance and cleanliness guidelines
Manage shift efficiency: oversee workload during busy periods
Support opening/closing procedures and team prep for guest readiness
Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to ensure smooth service transitions
Assist with inventory oversight and monitor usage and waste
1+ year of supervisory or kitchen leadership experience (Shift Lead or Kitchen Supervisor-level)
Food Handler Certification
Proven ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand, walk, bend frequently and lift up to 40 lbs
Must be 18 years or older
Strong communication and coaching skills
Estimated hourly rate between $15-$20 depending on experience
