We are seeking hard-working, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Kitchen Team for morning and mid-day shifts. As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in preparing high-quality breakfast and lunch items while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Quality

• Prepare, cook, and assemble food with accuracy and speed following Chick-fil-A’s recipes and procedures
• Uphold strict food safety and cleanliness standards
• Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment

Operational Excellence

• Meet service time goals while maintaining food quality
• Follow portioning and food-handling procedures to reduce waste and control costs
• Assist with restocking and prep for the day
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness through the shift.

Teamwork & Development

• Communicate effectively with teammates and leaders
• Contribute to a supportive, high-performance team environment
• Participate in ongoing culinary and leadership training

Required Qualifications

• Morning availability is REQUIRED (including Saturdays) – shifts can start as early as 5:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
