THE JOB:

Join our team as a Kitchen Worker, where you'll keep dishes, glassware, and the dish area clean. Your welcoming smile and attentive service will help create an inviting atmosphere for guests. By understanding their unique stories, you’ll craft "WOW" memories that they’ll cherish long after their stay. If you’re passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional service, we want you on our team.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.20

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Breakdown, load, unload, catch, and properly sort dishes, glassware, and flatware as it arrives at the dish area.

• Wash, sort, and store pots, ensuring large items are placed on the bottom shelf.

• Manage the dish washing solution and controls for the automatic dispenser to regulate detergent and chemicals for the dishwashing machine.

• Unload and inspect clean dishes from the dishwasher, stacking them in specified carts and shelves.

• Maintain cleanliness by polishing silverware, transporting equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, washing surfaces, and managing trash and garbage disposal.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Willing to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• 6 months of relevant experience is a plus.

• Attention to detail is essential.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing work conditions.
