Knowledge Manager

Delta Solutions & Strategies is currently seeking a Knowledge Manager to build our team at the Pentagon. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of the Department of Defense's (DoD) Mission Assurance and Risk Management frameworks.

• Build and manage large data sets for Space Operations support.
• Develop plans, policies, and objectives.
• Collaborate with change management teams.
• Create and improve knowledge management tools and information flow.
• Investigate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance data visibility.
• Prepare and present comprehensive briefings and reports to senior leadership.
• Oversee data collection, updates, and modifications in both new and existing systems.
• Develop and refine policies, procedures, and operational processes.

• At least 4 years of experience in DoD risk management.
• Demonstrated skills in detailed technical analysis.
• Experience in facilitating change management.
• Understanding of the technical or scientific facets of military operations.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• TS/SCI security clearance required.
