Position: Knowledge Manager
LCAT: Senior
Location: Reston, VA
Clearance: TS/SCI and CI poly required; those with active CI polys will have preference.
Desired experience: 12+ years 
Desired education: Bachelor’s degree 

Basic qualifications

• Task management experience
• Minimum five years IC or Department of Defense experience
• Experience supporting Defense Intelligence Agency or intelligence-related operations
• Experience with Office of Analysis 

• Communication and coordination of tasks, including delegating tasks to team members and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
• Task Delegation: Assign tasks to team members, ensuring clear understanding of deadlines.
• Communication: Act as a single point of contact for task-related issues and provide regular updates to team members, leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Organization: Managing multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously to ensure efficiency.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in tasks and documentation and maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Leadership: Guiding and motivating team members to meet project deadlines.
