We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to assist in all facets of our store operations, helping to increase sales and profit while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving daily goals and monthly sales targets.
• Provide coaching to employees on selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet company expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field, or 3 years of relevant experience.
• 2-3 years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google, and email communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Work in a retail environment with occasional exposure to various materials.
