Korean Bilingual General Operations Specialist

Location: Bedminster, NJ

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Korean Bilingual General Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, fluency in both English and Korean, and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles including bookkeeping, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and invoice processing. This role will also require the ability to represent our company professionally in client communications while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform general accounting tasks including bookkeeping, AP, AR, and invoice processing.
2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
3. Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Korean, representing the company in a professional manner.
4. Provide explanations and clarifications to clients regarding project matters in a clear and understandable manner.
5. Collaborate with internal team members to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
6. Provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in both English and Korean (written and verbal).
2. Associate degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
3. Proven experience in basic accounting functions such as bookkeeping, AP, AR, and invoice processing.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
8. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
9. Prior experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
