(Korean Bilingual) Program Manager (Mobile App)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the launch and growth of a new
mobile application and loyalty programs for a retail and bakery brand. This
role focuses on driving customer engagement, retention, and frequency through
data -driven digital initiatives.

The Program Manager will work closely with
marketing, analytics, and technical teams, including coordination with an
overseas HQ development team, to ensure successful execution of app -related programs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end -to -end execution of a new mobile app launch and
  post -launch optimization
  
• Define success metrics, project plans, milestones,
  and timelines
  
• Manage cross -functional teams (analytics,
  technical, marketing) to meet program goals
  
• Drive loyalty and growth strategies
  focused on customer experience, retention, and acquisition
  
• Analyze app performance and customer data
  to recommend improvements
  
• Manage program roadmap, backlog, and
  prioritization of new features
  
• Serve as the main point of contact for
  program status updates and stakeholder communication
  
• Collaborate with U.S. teams and overseas
  development partners to align business and technical requirements
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
  
• 8+ years of experience in digital program management or loyalty/digital initiatives
  
• Experience in retail, QSR, or franchise
  brands strongly preferred
  
• Strong project and people management
  experience
  
• Solid understanding of digital platforms,
  infrastructure, and data systems
  
• Proficiency in analytics tools and
  languages (SQL required; Python/R/SAS a plus)
  
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting
  skills
  
• Bilingual in Korean and English required
