Our client a leading Public Accounting Firm is hiring for Tax Professionals in San Diego, CA.

Below are the details:

Korean Bilingual Tax Senior Associate in San Diego, CA.
Screening questions:
Are you fluent in both Korean and English languages?
Do you hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy, Tax, or a related field?
Do you possess 2-6 years of experience in relevant tax roles?
Are you willing to travel up to 30% of the time?

Overview:
Our firm, serving from small businesses to global enterprises, seeks a driven and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about tax accounting and looking for an opportunity to handle challenging and impactful work in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of tax engagements, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Provide expert tax planning and advisory services to optimize client outcomes and enhance business growth.
Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of respect and exceptional service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive firm-wide initiatives and projects.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy, Taxation, or related field.
3-6 years' experience in tax roles(or relevant experience), with a strong preference for candidates with public accounting experience.
CPA certification is preferred but not required.
Bilingual in English and Korean is beneficial.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 30% of the time).
