(Korean Bilingual) Warehouse Operations Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to
manage and optimize inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring
efficiency in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
This role requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to safety
protocols, and experience in inventory management and warehouse

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
  
• Enforce strict safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working
  environment.
  
• Implement
  and maintain inventory management systems to track raw materials
  and finished goods.
  
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and
  implement corrective actions.
  
• Stay
  up to date with industry trends, warehouse technology advancements, and
  best practices.
  
• Assist
  with inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience
  operating warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is preferred.
  
• Bachelor’s
  Degree and/or equivalent warehouse experience preferred.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability
  to work effectively in a fast -paced, high -volume warehouse environment.
  
• Strong multi -tasking abilities and problem -solving skills.
  
• Proficiency
  in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  
• Bilingual
  in Korean is preferred but not required.
