KS1037 - Live-In Housekeeper - Jackson Hole, WY

A busy couple in Jackson Hole, WY, is seeking a live-in housekeeper for their new home. The couple is seeking someone proactive, approachable, and not afraid to ask questions. A candidate who is confident in making suggestions or own any mistakes made. The couple is very approachable and seeking a peaceful and communicative relationship with the candidate. The schedule is flexible. For a significant amount of time, it will just be the couple, and the schedule will be somewhat easy.  At other times, family or friends may stay, and flexibility will be needed. The couple will also travel, and the person will have a lot of free time. The person must be comfortable living and driving in the snow and ideally excited about being in Jackson Hole, WY.  The position will hire for an August start. Open to relocation.

• Prior high-end housekeeping experience
• Housekeeping/laundry/ironing (70-80% of the role, depending on the week)
• Cooking - someone comfortable in the kitchen with meal prep and creating simple Mediterranean diet-style meals. It doesn't need to be culinary-level or fancy plating.
• While the couple is not overly formal, they would like the candidate to have formal training experience. (Table settings, service, etc.)
• Discretion and a level of refinement   
• Miscellaneous errands
• Managing handyman, gardener, etc.
• Ask a lot of questions - better to ask and know the preferred method
• Don't be scared of suggesting solutions or making mistakes
• Must be comfortable living in heavy snow seasons and driving around on roads in these types of weather-impacted climates

Note: Accommodations: Separate entrance apartment in our main house, 500 sq/ft (bedroom, sitting area, kitchenette, washer/dryer) with beautiful views of the Teton Mountains and close to town.  A small pet is ok.

• Comfortable driving and living in snow
