We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated L2 Engineer – Systems & Networking to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing both internal and external project-based work with a primary focus on cybersecurity, automation, and infrastructure. As a senior escalation point for the service desk, you will lead process improvement efforts and contribute to delivering secure, efficient, and scalable IT solutions across the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and deliver key IT projects, both internal and client-facing
- Drive cybersecurity enhancements, automation, and operational improvements
- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex technical support issues
- Perform project scoping, documentation, and risk assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT service delivery standards
Required Skills & Experience :
- Professional Background:
- Proven experience in IT services and technical support
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and vulnerability management
- Technical Proficiency:
- Security Tools: ThreatLocker, Blackpoint, ImmyBot
- Networking & Security: Cisco Duo, Cisco Umbrella, Cisco Meraki
- Scripting & Automation: PowerShell
- Cloud & Servers: Microsoft Azure (VMs), Windows Server (including RDS Farms)
- Backup Solutions: Veeam
- Desirable Experience:
- Automation platforms such as REWST
- Workflow tools like Microsoft Power Automate (Flow)
